However, copyrights can be registered by anyone, so if someone saves some of the graphics I offer here, puts them in a collection, copyrights the collection, and decides to sue me for using them, I could be up the proverbial creek for using my own graphics.....and so could you if you use them. Also keep in mind that anyone can *tell* you they own the copyright to something and make your life miserable even if they don't really own it. Hopefully that is a very remote possibility,especially if you only have a few graphics to spruce up a personal webpage, but I have learned that you better cover all the bases.

There are a few small graphics on my personal pages that I gathered from around the net in 1996. I don't know where they came from, but if they are your's, let me know what you want me to do. I will either remove them or give you credit.
